We are a USDA Certified Organic farm!

Baystate Organic Certifiers is our certifying agency. Our vegetables, fruit, flowers and seedlings are certified organic, grown using organic, regenerative and climate smart practices. We take a holistic approach to our farming, understanding that our farm is part of a broader ecosystem and watershed.  Our land stewardship and farming practices are designed to enrich the soil, increase biodiversity, create habitat for wildlife and pollinators while respecting the land, our history and each other, as we work to build a more just food system.

Our farming operation serves as the foundation for everything we do, and we want people to come experience it.  In a time where many people are disconnected from the land and the food system, we are uniquely positioned to help people reconnect, and engage on the farm with all of their senses.  We are committed to inviting people to our 57-acre farm and forest property for a variety of programs and events, as well as participation in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, which serves over 300 families per year. We are neighbors to New Haven and the Naugatuck Valley, making our farm accessible to a diverse population, who want access to healthy food and outdoor enrichment opportunities.

Note: Our chickens forage on our certified organic pasture and eat certified organic feed, but we do not currently certify our eggs.
