Get Involved

Getting involved with Massaro Community Farm can take several forms:

  • First and foremost, tell your friends about the farm! We are grateful for your help in spreading the word about our efforts to preserve this 100-year-old farm as an open community space! We are on TwitterFacebook, and Instagram also. Please connect with us.
  • Become a friend of the farm! Most of the programs and events you experience at Massaro Community Farm are made possible through the skills and efforts of our volunteers – those who serve on our committees or just give a few hours of their time at an event, and have lots of fun doing it! Let us know your interests by completing our Volunteer Form.  We’ll work with you to match your interests to opportunities.
  • We encourage you to support the farm through a variety of levels of financial contribution. You can become a member, give a donation or sponsor an event. Your gift can be as little or as large as you wish, and may entitle you to event discounts, advanced registration for workshops and summer camp as well as the satisfaction of maintaining a valuable community asset.
  • In addition to monetary contributions, the farm welcomes donations of hand tools, farm equipment, building materials, and the like. If you would like to discuss making in-kind donations, please contact Farm Manager Steve Munno via email or by phone: 203-736-8618.

We also offer a variety of internships on the farm.  Please click here for more details.
