Our volunteers are essential partners to the farm’s mission: Keep Farming, Feed People, Build Community.
If you enjoy working outside and learning more about sustainable farming practices, you’ll love joining us as a volunteer! No experience is necessary, our experienced farm crew will train you on everything you need to know. Volunteer work might include: weeding, transplanting, harvesting, spreading mulch, or a wide variety of other farm tasks.
We offer weekly volunteer shifts on Wednesday mornings from 9am-12pm, beginning in May and continuing through the end of October, as well as monthly opportunities on Saturday mornings, from 9am-12pm, May through October. Volunteer hours are rain or shine, but will close if weather conditions are extreme. Please bring a water bottle, a snack, and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Closed-toed shoes are required (no sandals, crocs or flip flops). We also recommend wearing sunscreen or UV-protection clothing, especially during the summer months.
Interested in volunteering with your organization? We have a program for that! Learn more on our Give & Grow page to find an opportunity that fits your group’s needs.
